Brad is a Senior Vice President at General Capital Partners and also serves as Managing Principal of the Hospitality and Franchise Services division. In this role, he focuses on assisting distressed, middle market companies in the franchise, food service and hospitality industries from both a restructuring and M&A standpoint. Brad supports these troubled franchisees and operators, negotiating with lenders and landlords to restructure and salvage existing locations while at the same time developing future opportunity. His expertise includes nearly 20 years of experience in the franchise food and restaurant industry, having worked in new market development, construction and operations.
Prior to joining General Capital Partners, Brad was President of Falcon Financial, an Area Developer and franchisee for a national franchise food operator, where he expanded the portfolio to over 120 locations in 12 years in the Southern Colorado and Dallas markets. As a start-up, he grew the company to over $40 million in revenue in 15 years, with a staff of 10 people. Furthermore, Brad’s background includes more than 20 years of experience in the leasing and finance industry. Brad was previously a Vice President of the CIT Franchise Finance Group, Vice President with GE Capital and Chairman of the GE Marketing Council, and Executive Vice President of Dart & Kraft Financial, which was acquired by GE Capital. He also worked with Founder and CEO, Greg Barrow, at Capital Associates International Inc., a publicly traded computer leasing company. Brad has a BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
